Free Plan

- Products: Up to 10 per month
- Features: AI Readiness Score, Schema.org markup, community support
Growth Plan
- Price: $79/month ($59/month billed annually)
- Products: Up to 500 per month
- Features: Everything in Free, email support
- Trial: 14-day free trial included on install
Professional Plan
- Price: $249/month ($187/month billed annually)
- Products: Up to 1,500 per month
- Features: Everything in Growth, email support
Business Plan
- Price: $599/month ($449/month billed annually)
- Products: Up to 3,000 per month
- Features: Everything in Professional, priority support
Enterprise Plan
- Price: $1,799/month ($1,349/month billed annually)
- Products: Up to 10,000 per month
- Features: Everything in Business, dedicated support, custom onboarding
Free Trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan:
- Full access to 500 products per month
- No credit card required to start
- Cancel anytime during trial
After your trial ends, you’ll be moved to the Free plan (10 products/month) unless you upgrade.
Annual Billing
Save 25% when you pay annually:
- Growth: $59/month (billed as $711/year)
- Professional: $187/month (billed as $2,241/year)
- Enterprise: Contact us for custom annual pricing
Billing Cycle
- Monthly billing: Charged on the same day each month
- Billing through Shopify: All charges appear on your Shopify invoice
- Prorated charges: Upgrading mid-cycle charges prorated amount
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings in your Beaconed dashboard
- Click Manage Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Manage Plan
- Select a lower tier plan
- Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll retain access to higher-tier features until then.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings > Manage Plan
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Provide feedback (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
- Your data is retained for 30 days
- You can reactivate at any time during this period
- All optimized content remains on Shopify
Refund Policy
- First 30 days: Full refund available, no questions asked
- After 30 days: Prorated refund based on unused time
- Enterprise plans: Contact your account manager
To request a refund, contact support@beaconed.ai or use the in-app chat.
Payment Methods
Beaconed is billed directly through Shopify:
- Your existing Shopify payment method is used
- Charges appear on your Shopify invoice
- Payment history is available in your Shopify admin
Usage Limits
Product Limits
Limits are based on products optimized per billing period:
- Products count against your limit when optimized
- Limits reset monthly on your billing date
- Unused products do not roll over
Common Questions
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days, you’ll move to the Free plan (10 products/month). Upgrade anytime to keep your full catalog optimized.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes! Upgrades are immediate with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Save 25% when you pay annually on Growth or Professional plans.
Can I get a custom plan?
