Billing and Plans

Everything you need to know about Beaconed pricing, billing, and subscription management.

Available Plans

Two numbers matter on every plan. Drafts per month is how many products Beaconed will optimize in a billing period. Products monitored is how many stay scored and watched for drift, and monitoring never consumes your drafting allowance.

Autopilot is included on Business and Enterprise.

Prices are in USD. Annual plans are billed once a year at 25 percent off the monthly rate.

Starter is currently available on the Shopify App Store only. If you use Beaconed on WordPress or WooCommerce, the paid plans open to you today are Professional and above.

Free Plan

Every account starts on Free, and Free does not expire. You get 5 drafts a month, refilling on your billing date, and 25 products kept scored.

If you only want a report, the public AI readiness score needs no account at all and samples up to 12 products.

Billing Cycle

• Monthly billing: charged on the same day each month.
• Annual billing: charged once a year, at 25 percent off the monthly rate.
• Drafts reset on your billing date. Unused drafts do not roll over.

Where your charge appears depends on how you signed up:

• Shopify App Store: charges appear on your Shopify invoice, using your existing Shopify payment method, and your payment history lives in your Shopify admin.
• Directly on beaconed.ai: charges are handled by our payment processor, and your invoices are in your Beaconed billing settings.

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Open Settings in your Beaconed dashboard.
2. Click Manage Plan.
3. Select your new plan and confirm.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new allowance applies for the rest of the current period, and what you have already used still counts against it.

Shopify-billed accounts are taken to Shopify’s own plan page to confirm the change.

Downgrading Your Plan

1. Open Settings > Manage Plan.
2. Select a lower tier and confirm.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current plan’s features until then.

Cancellation

1. Open Settings > Manage Plan.
2. Click Cancel Subscription.
3. Confirm.

After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Once that period ends, the account moves to Free rather than closing, so your scores and optimized content stay where they are.

Refund Policy

• First 30 days: full refund, no questions asked.
• After 30 days: prorated refund based on unused time.
• Enterprise: contact your account manager.

Common Questions

Is there a free trial?

There is no time-limited trial. The Free plan is permanent and needs no card, so you can run 5 products a month through Beaconed for as long as you like before deciding.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, on every paid plan, at 25 percent off the monthly rate.

What counts as a draft?

One product optimized, once. Re-running a product you have already optimized counts again.

Can I get a custom plan?

Yes. Email sales@beaconed.ai for Enterprise pricing with custom limits.
