Common questions
What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day trial of the Professional plan, you'll move to the Free plan with 5 products per month. You can upgrade anytime to keep your full catalog optimized.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Shopify merchants can cancel from the Shopify admin. Standalone accounts can cancel from the billing page inside the app. Either way, you won't be charged again and your optimizations remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my product limit?
Beaconed will let you know when you are close to the plan limit. Existing optimizations keep working, but you will need a higher tier or the next billing cycle before adding more new products.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing lowers the effective monthly rate by 25%. That works out to Professional at $187/month, Business at $449/month, and Enterprise at $1,349/month, billed yearly.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we'll work through a refund with you.
