What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day trial of the Professional plan, you'll move to the Free plan with 50 products per month. You can upgrade anytime to keep your full catalog optimized.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Shopify admin anytime and you won't be charged again. Your optimizations remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my product limit?
Beaconed will let you know when you are close to the plan limit. Existing optimizations keep working, but you will need a higher tier or the next billing cycle before adding more new products.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing lowers the effective monthly rate by 25%. That works out to Professional at $187/month, Business at $449/month, and Enterprise at $1,349/month, billed yearly.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we'll work through a refund with you.
